I honestly expected this whole debacle to go on for years but I guess I got the best, because Jamie Olivares got me my approval for SS quickly. They were always direct, courteous, and knowledgeable of the whole process. Their fees were all reasonable and it was refreshing to finally relax while someone else did the dirty work. 11/10, would totally hire again, but let’s hope I don’t have to.

Jamie took on my daughters case after being denied several times. She went above and beyond in helping my daughter win her disability case without even going to court. She is a very compassionate and understanding person. She kept us informed and up to date on all that was going on. She returned calls promptly and never made us feel like a bother. I hired Jamie for my SSD claim after 2 denials from SSA. She got us a hearing with a judge for his appeal. We had to wait about 9 months due to the pandemic for the hearing. My meetings with her were easy as she knew what details to ask me. She was very ready with all the case details and brought up many issues to the judge and occupational specialist they provided. Three months later we got the notice that I won my case. Without Jamie's help I would not have won my case. Thank you Jamie for what you do to help people with social security disability. I recommend her services without a doubt!

I was denied Social Security disability and hired Jamie to assist me with an appeal. She did an amazing job. Her office kept me informed throughout the entire long process and took care of all the details of gathering relevant work and medical documentation needed to advocate for my case. The administrative hearing went really well, and she posed excellent questions for me to respond to in order to show the full picture of my health. I contacted the office of Halpern Olivares in 2019 as my disability case was lingering since 2015. My case was stagnant in another state. I contacted Jamie Olivares and she resubmitted my application which was approved. I appreciate her encouragement and her tenacity in advocating for me. Before I ever applied for SSDI I called and talked to Jamie, she took the time to explain what I needed to do, she advised me if I get denied then to call her back and she would help. I was and I did, Jamie and her office put in all the heavy lifting and work. After witnessing my wife and her issues with a different Attorney, and her six years in the appeals process, I was skeptical and ready for the long-haul. But only after a year, I was approved without a hearing. This firm and especially Jamie Olivares and her team... my stress in all areas are 100% better. While waiting for determination on SSA Disability I contacted Jamie. They took over all of the details and managed what I could not do. All this during the COVID restrictions. They put everything together and handled all the details. So glad they were there to help.

When I first met Jamie, I was impressed with her ability to answer my questions. I had applied for SSDI the first time and was turned down so I sought out Halpern Olivares Firm for help. I just didn’t have the stamina to fight the legal system on my own, nor did I know how. I had thought that my case would be dragged out for a couple of years, however within months we were successful. I was so thankful that she was able to go to bat for me. After 3 years Jamie put our case together and brought it before the judge. She was articulate and professional in court. I would even say she was aggressive. She definitely knew what needed to be done and how to do it. I would hire her again without question.
